1. User responsibility for uploaded content

By using Anymelo, you confirm and agree that:

• You own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content you upload, including but not limited to:
  • Lyrics
  • Audio recordings
  • Instrumentals
  • Vocals
  • Covers, remixes, or derivative works

This includes all copyright, neighboring rights, performance rights, and any other applicable intellectual property rights.

Anymelo does not claim ownership of any user-submitted content.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your uploaded content does not infringe any third-party rights.

2. Covers & derivative works

Anymelo provides technical tools that allow users to generate music, covers, and AI-assisted transformations.

However:

• Using Anymelo to create a cover, remix, or adaptation of an existing copyrighted song does not automatically grant you any legal rights to that song.

If you upload or use:

• copyrighted lyrics
• melodies from known songs
• commercial recordings
• recognizable compositions

you must already have the appropriate licenses or permissions from the original rights holders.

Anymelo does not provide copyright clearance, mechanical licenses, or publishing rights for third-party music.

3. Copyright status of AI-generated output

Anymelo grants paid users a commercial license to use the AI-generated music created on the platform.

However:

• The legal copyright status of AI-generated music may vary depending on jurisdiction.
• Anymelo does not guarantee that any AI-generated output is eligible for copyright protection under local law.

You are responsible for verifying whether you can claim copyright or monetize the generated output in your region.

4. Copyright detection & enforcement

To protect creators and comply with copyright law, Anymelo may use automated or manual systems to detect content that:

• matches known copyrighted works
• contains protected lyrics
• appears to be commercially released music

If your input or output is flagged:

• We may block, restrict, or remove the content
• We may limit downloading, sharing, or publishing
• We may require proof of ownership or authorization

These actions are taken for legal compliance and cannot always be overridden.

5. Legal indemnification

You agree that if any third party brings a copyright or intellectual property claim related to content you uploaded or generated through Anymelo, you will:

• be fully responsible for the claim
• indemnify and hold harmless Anymelo and its operators
• cover all resulting damages, legal fees, and settlements

Anymelo is a technology platform and does not assume legal responsibility for user-submitted or user-generated content.

6. Prohibited uses

You may not use Anymelo to:

• upload full copyrighted lyrics without permission
• reproduce or distribute commercial songs
• circumvent copyright detection systems
• generate content intended to infringe, mimic, or replicate protected works

Violation of these rules may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

7. Our role

Anymelo is an AI music creation tool.

We do not act as a publisher, label, or rights-clearing agency. We do not sell or license third-party songs. We do not verify ownership unless required by law or enforcement.
