Anymelo ("we", "us", or "our") operates anymelo.ai and provides the AI Music Generate feature along with tools to upload, organize, and collaborate on music files (collectively, the "Services").   • Audio or MIDI files, stems, and other media you upload to use within the Services
  • Metadata we derive (e.g., tempo, key, waveform fingerprints) so you can search, edit, and collaborate efficiently

Data retention

  • Account information is kept while your account remains active and for up to 24 months afterward to meet legal requirements.
  • Audio you upload stays in your library until you delete it or close your account. Temporary render files created for AI Music Generate are generally purged within 30 days.
  • Metadata derived from your uploads may remain in anonymized form for analytics or system safety after deletion of the underlying file.
  • Technical logs are typically retained for up to 12 months for security and operational purposes.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, download, or delete the personal data we hold. You can:

  • Update profile details directly in the app
  • Export or delete generated music and uploaded files from your library
  • Change communication preferences using the links in our emails
  • Request account deletion or restriction by emailing support@anymelo.ai

We will respond to verified requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is permitted by law.

Security

We implement industry-standard security practices, including encryption in transit, restricted employee access, and routine monitoring. While no system is perfectly secure, we continuously assess and improve our safeguards.
